Producer intelligence for AI music

Stop gamblinggenerations

You paste a prompt into Suno, hit generate, and get something worse than last time — with no record of what you changed. Prompt Surgeon keeps that record, so you can change one variable at a time and know which one did it.

For Suno and Udio creators who reroll a lot: people who have found a chorus they loved, lost it to the next generation, and had no way back.

No account. No signup. Nothing to install unless you want to.

The whole workflow

Five steps. The app tells you the same thing the first time you open it.

1Paste your lyrics

Or an idea, if the song does not exist yet. Nothing is generated for you.

2Analyze

Get a prompt package built from what you actually wrote, plus a read on where it will drift.

3Copy into Suno

Style prompt, opening lock and exclusions, formatted for the platform you picked.

4Compare results

Capture each attempt. The app shows exactly what changed between them.

5Come back and rate it

Say which take you kept and why. That is the memory you are missing today.

What it looks like

Real screens from the current build, not mockups.

The Surgery tab: a lyrics field, a generation goal, and producer controls for platform, genre, vocal, emotion and intro strategy.
Surgery. Paste lyrics, set the goal, and leave the rest alone until you want it. Advanced controls stay folded away.
The Results tab showing a ready prompt package, a captured Result A with a system pick badge, and humanity and producer scores.
Results. A paste-ready package, and every attempt kept as a labelled Result you can return to.

Worth knowing before you start

Your work stays in your browser

Lyrics, Results and ratings are saved in this browser's local storage. There is no account and no server — nothing is uploaded. Clearing your browser data deletes it, so use Download Backup in the Learn tab if it matters.

It will not write your song

Prompt Surgeon never invents lyrics, and it will not fill an empty field with samples to look busy. If it does not know something, it says so.

It is a private beta

Built and used by one person so far. Rough edges are real, and the Review tab is where you tell us which ones actually got in your way.

Change one thing. Know what it did.

Open it, paste a verse, and see what the first analysis says.
